Chain Soldering Tumbler

Description

The chain kneading tumbler is used to prepare the
chain for the welding process.
The machine consists of two cups which are hexagonal
inside and eccentrically fixed to avoid dust or talcum
powder accumulation within the cup, a vibrating motor
and a touch screen with PLC.
The very latter allows the creation of different
processing programs, which enable to speed up the
production process.
Through the use of the touch screen, processing
times and speeds can be set. In addition, vibration
frequency can also be adjusted to promote perfect
application of the soldering powder even within the
links of the smallest chains.
