Considerable importance has been given to the study of the trolley made in order to allow the operator to carry out the tension of the wire to be drawn and the coupling to the traction chain in two distinct phases without the possibility of error and with a single hand; in fact, the lever placed above the trolley locks the wire on the pliers which have the particularity of always working parallel.
