The plate is inserted on the relevant guide and passed between overlapping brushes ,
followed by driving rolles which have the ability to change the speed to allow for more or less intense polishing.

Large bull block Machine
The machine is designed to draw notable quantities of wire of considerable size.
The structure in electro welded sheet metal considerable resistance, is staggered on two
different levels: the reel traction on the one side and the drawing boxes on the other .
When working the wire the drawing holes are constantly immersed in liquid lubrificant which is kept
constant by a continuos recirculation pump located behind the large door of the engine compartment.
The reel traction is moved by an appropiate gear reduction unit driven by an independent motor.
