6 step wire-drawing machine
The machine is designed to meet the needs of wire drawing.
Its function is to progressively reduce the section of wires of noble materials (gold , silver, etc.)
by passing them in the threading die. The drawn wire is wound onto a reel equipped with adjustable clutch
which makes it possible to prevent the wire from tearing or from being too slow.
The machining area is fully protected by safety switches and is lubrificated by means of emulsified oil.

Large bull block Machine
The machine is designed to draw notable quantities of wire of considerable size.
The structure in electro welded sheet metal considerable resistance, is staggered on two
different levels: the reel traction on the one side and the drawing boxes on the other .
When working the wire the drawing holes are constantly immersed in liquid lubrificant which is kept
constant by a continuos recirculation pump located behind the large door of the engine compartment.
The reel traction is moved by an appropiate gear reduction unit driven by an independent motor.

Winder Machine
The basic winder is a machine throuhg which it is possible to wind both full metal
wires and tubes in round or oval shape, throuhg the use of various equipement .
It is made up a metal support bench with the spindle , slide , the equipment support and the profiled pins
support system installed on top .
There are No. 2 models of winders: a standard one with self- centring spindle and an ” ejection” model
with spindle ejection.
The model with spindle ejection allows, unlike the other , to achieve wire wound in a spiral without the need for a supporting profiled pin.
