Grinder with cooling machine
The belt grinder is an industrial machine to be used for precision grinding of metal products, equipped with a water cooling system. The upper part of the machine is recessed in a tank for collecting the lubricating fluid which is returned to the tank where the pump is located. The fluid flow can be adjusted in terms of quantity and orientation by means of a special nozzle.

Drawing bench machine with speed control
The machine is build on a very solid metal frame and is employed to draw wire, open tubes even of great dimensions.
The slide has been conceived in such way that with one hand only the wire can be taken and hooked on the traction chain at the same time.

The “gallery” type chain has a double row of plates.
The traction is obtained with a geared motor.

Wire squeezer machine
The machine has been designed to perform lamination of empty wires. The possibility of inserting multiple types of wheels (also customized) allows to carry out workings with the most varied effects (from simple rolling to surface processing with drawings). The rolling castle is in a horizontal position to facilitate the winding of the empty wire. The previous winding of the wire by means of the electronic wire guide installed in the upper part of the machine is facilitated by the electronic winder whose speed is adjusted by means of a potentiometer. The machine mechanics are kept perfectly lubricated by an automatic lubricating system. There are two possibilities to operate the machine: with push-button panel or with pedal. The speed is adjustable.

Winder bobbin machine
The machine is completely made of powder-coated iron sheet with a load-bearing box-like structure. The winding speed can be adjusted electronically by means of the potentiometer. The electronic winder allows more than one skein of wire coming from rolling trains or rolling mills to be reeled onto a reel. The machine allows to roll in a distributed and uniform way the wire or metallic plates carried out from another reel.

Drawing machine 11 passages
The machine is designed to meet the needs of wire drawing.
Its function is to progressively reduce the section of wires of noble materials
(gold, silver, etc.) by passing them in the threading die.

prevent the wire from tearing or from being too slow.
The machining area is fully protected by safety switches and is lubrificated by means of emulsified oil .
